Astro Home Decor Replacement Policy

All the products sold on Astro Home Décor are brand new and 100% genuine. Astro Home’s Return policy covers the Buyers against ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ and ‘Completely different from products.

Most things purchased from sellers listed on Astro Home Décor is exchangable within the return policy, except those who are expressly known as not revertible

Buyers can raise a request for replacement/exchangewithin 2 days of return guarantee period post order delivery of the product.

General Replacement Policy

1. Productis revertible inside the applicable for return in the following cases

·        Product opening video is mandatory to apply for any replacement.

·        If you’ve received them during a condition that's physically broken.

·        If it has missing elements or accessories.

·        If it is defective or completely different from their description on the merchandise detail page on Astro Home Decor.

·        Fake Product.

·        Mis-shipped products.

2.  Replacementare processed solely if:

·        It is determined that the Product wasn't broken whereas in your possession;

·        The product isn't completely different from what was shipped to you;

·        The product is came in original brand new condition.

·        Product Opening video is mandatory to share to apply for the Return Process.

 

3. Product might not be eligible for exchange in some cases, as well as cases of buyer return like   

·        Incorrect model or color of product ordered

·        Incorrect product ordered,

·        Product ordered by mistake

·        Ordered somewhere else.

·        Buyer denied receiving the product.

4. Buyer can return the damaged product by himself incase the Location does not lies under the Astro Home Décor’s Logistic coverage. In such cases buyer will be get shipment refund. Please contact customer support before dispatching the product.

Return verification and authorization will be managed by Astro Home Décor for all kind of exchange request. Product opening video is mandatory to share for exchange authorization.

Note: If you've got received a non-returnable product during a damaged/defective condition, you'll contact us within 2 days from the delivery of the product for replacement or rectification.

If the replacement request is placed and that we don't have the same product available, we are going to offer a refund.

Exchange Terms & Conditions

The product is checked for the following conditions, which need to be complied by the buyer to apply for the return:

·        Correct Product

·        Complete product without any missing part or accessory.

·        Unused product in new condition

·        Undamaged packaging

Courier Returns (RTO)

Courier returns are returns which happen before the delivery of the product to the buyer. Following are the possible scenarios where RTO due to courier returns happen.

·        If buyer is not reachable after 3 attempts by Logistic Partner’s attempt to deliver the package, customer support create a RTO(return to origin)in the system of the Logistic partner and the buyer needs to contact the Astro Home Customer support to resend the product and the Company will charge the shipping charges from the customer for re-shipment.

 

·        Incase the customer refuses to receive the parcel, 50% cancellation amount will be charged and balance amount will be refunded to the customer’s account.

Cancellation policy

·        Buyer may apply for the cancellation within 24 hours of the purchase and will get full refund in their respective bank accounts.

·        After 24 hours no cancellations will be accepted.
